Mad Libs With Books :: Second Edition

I tried this last year sometime and decided it was high time I did it again! I couldn't find enough answers with books I've read this year only, so I'm extending the list from last November until now. Let's hope I can do it! (Mind you, I chose the answers based on the title alone. It had nothing whatsoever to do with what the actual story is about.)

In school I was: The Good Girl

People might be surprised I'm: The Chocolate Thief

I will never be: Secret Society Girl

My fantasy job is: Princess Ever After

At the end of a long day I need: The Chocolate Touch

I hate it when: I'm On the Fence

Wish I had: The Dream Dress

My family reunions are: A Breath of Eyre (or Air)

At a party you'd find me with: The Enchanted Chocolate Pot (Sorcery & Cecilia)

I've never been to: Blackmoore

A happy day includes: A Snicker of Magic

Motto I live by: Pies and Prejudice

On my bucket list: When I Fall in Love

In my next life, I want to be: Searching For Pemberley

PS: You should join in! ;)

  1. So fun! I'm glad you decided to do this again. :) Here's what I came up with: More Fun with Filling in the Blanks.

Do I sense a chocolate theme in your answers...? ;) I love how you incorporated A Snicker of Magic and When I Fall in Love!

    1. Hee hee! :D I hadn't realized how many books with chocolate in the title that I'd read! Convenient since I love it so much. ;)

This was such a fun post to write. SO glad you joined in, Amber! We can be kinda clever now and again, can't we? :D

    2. I'm SO glad you joined in, Ganise! It's a fun post to write, isn't it? I had to go into last year to find enough titles to fit myself, so no worries. I thought your answers were great!

And yes, I AM rather fond of chocolate. Mmmmmm. ;)

    1. I love your list, Hamlette! Thanks for joining in! :D

I've heard of Make the Bread, Buy the Butter. What were your thoughts on it? Or perhaps you've posted a review somewhere that I hadn't noticed? Must go check that.

Yes! to your bucket list! Would love to visit there someday. And your party sounds like an interesting conversation to listen to! Count me in. :)

    2. My review of MTBBTB is here. I copied out several recipes from it (I got it from the library), and I made some amazing vanilla extract. I also made clotted cream, which turned out to be crazy rich, but very yummy.

    1. Exactly my thoughts, Rissi! As soon as I saw that title, I knew it belonged with that description. Who wouldn't want to be a princess?! :D
