Cover Reveal: Love's Miracles by Sandra Leesmith

I am very pleased to show you the cover for Love's Miracles today! Amber, over at Seasons of Humility, helped Sandra edit her book and when she sent word around that they wanted help to reveal the cover, I was happy to volunteer! This story sounds like it will be filled with lots of sweet and tender moments. I can't wait to read it! :) So without further ado, here you are:

Isn't it pretty? You can tell right away that it'll have romance, but I like all the little details at the bottom. Staring out over the mountainside at the beautiful trees and horizon, the log cabin sitting cozily, just waiting to invite you in. I also like the forehead touch of the couple. The fact that their eyes are closed instead of looking at each other is a nice touch. Like their connection has nothing to do with what they see, but they need to feel the other close. I like it! Of course, I'm always fond of couple covers. ;) What are your thoughts?

About the Book

Dr. Margo Devaull came to Dominic Zanelli's mountain retreat confident that she could help this Vietnam veteran overcome the torment that kept him apart from the world. But her training as a psychologist had not prepared her for the tragic, explosive contradictions brewing inside him. For here was a sensitive artist who could be gentle – and a man whose eyes flashed with violence and pain when he told her to leave and never come back. Yet Margo did come back, slowly gains his trust, and awakens the sleeping needs of his heart. Only by reliving her own wounded past and helping Zane confront a terrible memory from the war could she set them both free – and save their last chance for love.

About the Author

Sandra loves to hike, read, bicycle, and write. She lives in Arizona with her husband and Labrador retriever. During the hot summer, she and her husband travel throughout the United States in their motorhome, where she enjoys the outdoors and finds wonderful ideas for her next writing project.

You can learn more about Sandra and her books at her website.

The high heels of Margo’s boots echoed as she walked across the uneven planks of the porch.

She knocked.

Nothing happened.

She listened for sounds within the rustic A-frame cabin.

“Anybody home?”

No answer.

Where was Zanelli? Vinnie had assured her that he’d told his brother they were coming. She turned and scanned the edge of the woods. An eerie silence settled around her. Odd shapes took form in the dark shadows of the redwood forest. Margo shook off the uneasiness and tamped her growing irritation. She wasn’t going to be able to interview Zane if she couldn’t find him.

Suddenly, a shrill cry cut through the stillness. Margo stiffened. The cry echoed again and chills raced down her spine. It sounded like an animal in pain. She’d never heard the sound before but sensed it with bloodcurdling certainty. It came from the rear of the cabin.

**The blog tour for Love’s Miracles is scheduled for May 20th – 31st. Be watching the Seasons of Humility blog for more information in the coming weeks! The book will be released in Kindle format in late May.**

  1. Kara, this post is just lovely!! Thank you for being a part of the cover reveal! :)

I love your thoughts on the cover! I'm a fan of couple covers, myself. ;) Very cool observations on their closed eyes and the cabin. It's a lot of fun seeing what others think, as I'm obviously biased in my fondness of it, LOL!

Hope you enjoy the story! Can't wait for the blog tour!

    1. Thanks Amber! I really do like the cover. And yes, couple covers are just so fun! I enjoy having an idea what the characters look like. :)

  2. Hi Kara, Thank you so much for helping reveal my cover. Didn't Lena and Amber do a great job? It was fun working with them. I appreciate that since it is the first cover I've ever done myself.

I agree with the observation you made of the couple together with their eyes closed. They want to love each other so, but their secrets hold them back.

    Thanks again.

    1. Hi Sandra! Lena and Amber did a fabulous job! I'm really looking forward to reading your story. :)

The colors, the couple, the details like their eyes being closed and the view down the mountain. All of it together definitely makes a cover that I'd pick up off the shelf.

Y'all did a wonderful job. Thanks for letting me be a part of your blog tour. :)

This cover is a pretty, airy one that is adorable. :)

    1. Maybe we should start a club, Rissi! Although I'm not really sure what we'd do other than admire pretty covers. ;P

      "Airy", that's a great description!

    2. Couple covers fan club - I like!! ;)

Also wanted to thank you, Kara, for taking one of the blog buttons! Hoping they look all right... I couldn't go too wrong, though, with Lena's lovely cover as the backgrounds, LOL.

    3. I loved the blog buttons you made Amber! The only trouble was deciding which one I wanted to pick. I liked them all! I thought it was great that you used Lena's cover. And yes! Definitely couldn't go wrong that way! :D

Thank you so much for visiting my little corner of the internet! :)
